With more than 17 years of experience in the mental health field, Kavita works with individuals, couples, and groups from diverse backgrounds. She integrates a holistic, mind-body approach that supports both emotional and physical well-being. Her work draws from meditation-based therapies, breathwork, yoga, and Eastern philosophy, alongside evidence-based modalities including Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
