When you’re the one carrying the burden, it can be hard to find room for your own challenges. You may be managing a demanding career and mounting financial pressure while feeling increasingly disconnected from others. Add worries about your child or teenager, or the feeling that family life has become empty, and it’s understandable that life feels difficult. Therapy can help you find a better way forward.

My perspective is shaped by raising 12 children, including seven biological children and five foster children, in a blended family, and by three decades in business leadership roles. Those experiences have given me a firsthand appreciation for the complexities of balancing parenting with the pressures of other responsibilities. I understand how deeply you can care about your family while still feeling stretched thin.

My approach is honest, collaborative, and grounded in understanding the relationships and experiences that shape your life, along with the demands you face every day. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that leave you frustrated, understand how the past affects the present, and build on your strengths.

Whether you’re concerned about your own well-being, your relationship, or challenges with a child or adolescent, we’ll work toward practical changes that improve everyday life and reduce stress.

I know that you, your family, and your experiences are unique, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out, that is what we will work on together to lower stress, restore peace, and find happiness.
